I was at a customer's 3100 yesterday for the same issue. It took the controller several minutes to clear the Request folder. After which the IPS processed jobs as it should, took forever to process ... |

Thanx for the assist. The exit sensor is probably the last place I would have checked. Wonder why KIP would not have added that to the documentation considering the the tip is 8 years old. |
