There is a way round this. It's not pretty though. I would never give out the service code for obvious reasons.
Install RealVNC on one of the customer's PCs. Don't use the standard one found in ... |

Hi,
In the diagnostics folder on the desktop you'll find the Services icon. In there browse the Services (Local) branch and you'll find the Windows Firewall/ICS service. It can be disabled there. |
