The only reason I can think that this would happen is due to the DPI settings. Obviously the higher the DPI, the slower the scan.

Changing a computer component can't have any effect on this.

Within this folder should be a file named 'done.kip' or 'done.ips'. If that isn't there, then Unattend doesn't know that the job ticket is complete and will not do anything with it.

DLee is spot on....the issue is that the Density settings in the winuntd.ini file are not set properly.

They are sending a density value that the printer cannot use and therefore just dump the job. ...

Seems like failing hard drives to me. I would replace the drives (they are inexpensive enough) and then ghost it and see how it goes.
