Having this problem off and on. 22003 error

swaped out driver, CPU I/O, cable from engine to console and updated firmware from ver3.4 to ver3.7.

Running out of ideas. anyone have any?

Collar E right up to the fuser roller core between roller and fuser frame.

Sounds like you have problem with the 6000 printer. I would clean the
printhead first on this.
