| I have a 3100 that appears to have a good developer and drum but not putting out an image from scans or prints. Not sure what to think but curious if someone else may have run into this same problem ... |

This is what we did:
Restore Factory Hard Drive Image
After that, there is no firmware showing on the ? screen where the machine info is.
It shows:
Software Version: 1.3.144
Firmware Vers ... |
