still battling this, rolls kick out with sometimes as much as 100 ft left on them and the machines both reject them. ive tried clutches with no success.

That is probably true. I believe KIP added rolling sensors on later models to address that problem.

If the paper is not a taped core it can slip when the paper gets low. This will cause the machine to make you change the roll.

I would only recommend vacuuming it.

You can rub it to help break some of the toner free. Just be careful not to damage it.

We are going to be trying this within the next couple of weeks.

Vendors are selling them saying they work in 9900, 9000 and 8000. Claiming they are the same.
