Are the media Buds set correctly and have you tried adjusting the fuser enterence guide plate? I'm assuming you're jamming in the fuser but is it happening earlier in the print process?

Depending on the s/n, there could be an issue with the optical sensors. That's always a good first stop since they are so cheap.

I've had weird issues with bad hard drives. I've got a good install and then the color software locks up or unattend won't load. Once I swapped the drive everything worked great.
