Tried the scans folder in the root drive. Same result, I can navigate to it with the O/S but the SMB will not connect from the user GUI

When I am logged into the Kip 3000 using Chrome under the IPS mailboxes tab and I click on an SMB scan - a notice pops up that says "Feature not available for SMB locations.

What is that telling me ...

I do believe I have tried everything within my ability in regards to SMB scan to server.

Can someone walk me through a local box as a temp short term fix till I get this figured out?

you are putting in //machine/h/scans/ for the SMB location, correct?

I was using \\machine\h\scans - but i tried it with forward slash as well.

Created the user on another computer. Was able to log into the server and access the share.

Shared sub folder: Scans
