You need 1 inch PVC tubing. That fixed mine from clogging.

Tell them to get a 11 X 17 printer. It will be less pasting together and you will look like a hero in their eyes. Very Happy

In the past I have left the copper plate off permanently and had no issues.

Check disk can take some time to run. During this time the screen will be black and you should not power cycle the printer because it will start check disk back from the start.

I would start with trying an internal test print. Then clear D:Monpath1\request then check disk.

The biker needs to be going the opposite direction, approximately 1 bike length ahead of the pedestrian and at a slow pace. Preferably walking speed. Hell I would just get off the bike and push it.

Have you tried anything to resolve this? Like run check disk or clear out the Monpath1\request folder?

What version 3000 do you have? 1050 or 1051? Sounds like the classic scanner board issue. You said you replaced it but what board did you replace?

Have you replaced the bearings? They can wear out and cause shorting.
