| we have been purchasing the 8k fuser rollers (7704400390) & 5k/6k/7k rollers (9604400670) separately, and a vendor is telling us that they are actually all the same roller, cept the 8k part number ... |

we installed a 3000 that is replacing a xerox at a customer location. we have a similiar issue with the paper sizes. the only ones listed are:

completely forgot i asked this. more info:
this is for a 2000 printer. a while ago the controller died and we put in the xp embedded controller. the meter that request shows is off by more than 100k. ... |
