| Pull the HD out of the IPS and connect to a different PC with a usb ext drive adaptor and run a chkdsk on the drive. reconnect and try it again. |

| Is the driver loaded on a server? So they would need to change the default setting on the driver installed on the server. just thinking out loud, had this same convo on a new install today. |

| I have seen generic / refill cartridges cause these types of error codes. Not saying that is definitely your issue but worth a couple seconds to check. |

| Open and close the fuser door. I have seen the fuser door intermittent connection or not close completely closed cause this condition. |

| If this issue keeps coming back I would recommend replacing the carriage motor. It has been my experience with printers in dirty environments. |
