Thank you for the info. My machine is 10511418. I will call again where I bought it now that I have more info. Maybe they will call me back this time. I did get the software on the machine upgraded 2 ...
I own a 3000. Is there a way to upgrade the software to scan in color and send to a Design jet.
I do not have that option and would like an approximate price for budget purposes if its possible.
