We replaced Fuser Rollar and turned on unit. We get a E-01 code. Removed Fuser and installed different Fuser from 4000. Same Problem. Could we have SSR or Fuser Relay problem?
Customer 2.5 hrs away. ... |

I have a 7000 in house with 450K. The toner light comes on about every 100 sq's. We remove toner and shake and reinstall.
Printer will run short time and shut down with toner light on.

I have a 6000 that keeps developing a line on extreme right of 36" wide print.
We can clean drum and line shows up after 2 days. Line is appox. 1/8" wide. Any thoughts on this?
