Are there any procedures or tip, tricks ...whatever to aid in focusing this thing after it is installed ??? I have had the head up and down for over 2 hours trying to focus it...either get heavy black ...

On prints longer than about 30 inches I start to get void areas about 2/3 of the way down the print. Eventually the left side pretty much disappears. The final 2-3 inches of the print look perfect. ...

I have a 1900 with about 2200 linear feet on it. I keep getting E9 codes. I have replaced the sensor board...adjusted the pot on the control board from top to bottom and reseated the lamp. No luck. ...
