| If you have cleaned everything as you say, I would check the copper ground strap on the charge assembly. Make sure it has good contact to P-Head when it is closed... Or try to clean you charge grid ... |

| Check your Trans/Sep Wires to make sure thay are clean. Also I would check your contacts on the side plate of the process unit. Hope this starts you in the right direction. |

| We have ran into this several times!!!! Thank god MSI Hetius PC's are cheap to by direct instead of from KIP..... We usually pick them up for around $185, Gost them & on we go. hope this helps ... |
