So it turns out it was the software version. I found version 6.5.49 and I installed it on the two computers and the mailboxes popped right up. Thank you for your suggestions and quick response
I just looked on another computer and they are running software version 6.5.49 and the mailboxes are working properly. Any idea where I can download that version?
I have Version 8.0.69 installed. The users are able to see network drives but not the mailboxes. Refresh did not do anything and they have been rebooted. Lastly, I did install as Administrator.
I just upgraded two computers from XP to Windows 7. Software installed with no issue, but now the users are unable to access or view the mailboxes. Any suggestions on how to get this to work? Thank ...
