Is this a KC80? If yes, I would say this comes from the gab between drum and transfer separation corona. You can adjust this by using a adjust drum. Maybe you´ll need to replace the guide (guides).

Advance is an part of the PRO software. With PRO you have more options to work with. Advance is like the color part on the mono printers.

No, it´s no bug. The change in 7.3 relates to the new KIP Color Advance feature for the new products.

What did you scan? Which settings do you use? And how big is your file?

Same as me.
You can push the old patch (7.3.247) again to the controller. This will work. On a other customer side it worked with the new patch. I don´t know for the moment.

For color advance there is an other simple way to save the code.

Go into the path ipscolor from the controller. Search for the "app_data" link. Double click on it and you are in the app_data folder ...
