| I cannot pull DWG drawings into KIP print. Did I not load something? I can select and pull over a pdf with no problem. |

| I am new to the kips. What is the difference between the start up kit toner and regular toner. I did the training and have the machine and do not see any mention of the start up toner installing. |

| I am servicing a kyocera 4800 that I think is a 3100 kip. The customer did a java update, now they cannot get to the web manager. Any ideas? |

| I cleaned that glaze off of the roller developer. The prints got better but the very small print is still hard to read. I am going to rebuild the dev unit. Thank you for all the input. |

| One more dumd question. I am going to clean the roller developer and if that does not work I will rebuild the dev unit. When I rebuild the dev unit do I need that start up bottle? |

| I did not need the HD I found a bulletin on my problem. I had no display putting in a new motherboard fixed it. Thank you for the help. |
