Have you tried re-ghosting the controller?

I would try swapping out the transfer and separation coronas and make sure everything is clean of debris.

Have you tried a different drum? I had a similar issue on a 7170 a few months back and a new drum took care of it.

After I replaced the dev unit, I ended up getting the same E-0336 error code. I re-calibrated the density settings and the error has never come back. Hope that helps with your issue!
