I too have the same problem... and sometimes the toner gets low and the customer has to turn the bottle by hand.. I did the supply motor and sensor with no luck. |

I have the same problem too... It's just like Jimbeau says... Toner is leaking and that small fan is sucking it in... I will try the film over cart. to see if that helps... |

The toner is the same. but the size of bottle is different.
you can change the lid to a kip one to use the kip toner bottle |
