| The machine I was working on did not have the TE mod. It ended up being the brackets holding the Cleaning Roller. TB 040 I believe. Just had to remove the drum and DV unit. then loosen the 2 brackets ... |

Got a cust. I am going to on Monday. Has an Error 11 on a new 3100. I need to know what this error is. I have no manual yet, so any trouble shooting tips would be great.

| The old windows driver came defaulted to Film. Open your printing prefences and change the defauI had to do this on many older installs.lt paper type to Bond. |

Have a 3000 that was haing runtime 52 errors when opening unattend. Got that fixed by running the error fix tool on the D: drive.
Now when I send a print it shows in unattend that it is processing, ... |

The printhead may not be seated/installed correctly. If one side is up a little the prints will be out of focus and look darker.
I was looking at this also. Seems the left side is a little stiff ... |

| Got a 7000, when printing 36x24 the left side of the print is darker and out of focus. The right side of the print is perfect. It is in the exact center where things go from good to bad. Any ideas? |

I just upgraded a customer to 6.5.109 from 6.5.80. Now when he selcts a file to print it comes up with an error "Unrecognized File: file path here"

| Sorry I hadn't replied. I actually tried a second drum in the machine and it worked great. Seems KIP sent me a dead drum to replace another dead drum. |
