Parts manual has New and Old sections. The developer gears have diffrent part numbers, but I think the gears are identical. However for the New gears Kip charges mo money.

OK, I replaced the drive rollers and works great. There are 2 sets, replaced the second set (farthest from the printer). Correction: the unit has 1mil liner feet not 1k.

That sounds very possible, the stacker has run 105,000 LF in 6 years.

Kip 6000 with 6.5 on the controller. The power supply on the controller went bad, after that issue was resolved the PDF option no longer works. I tested the dongle on a diffrent machine and it worked ...
