I think Eboucher is mistaken to use the KIP-GL (or even KIP-script)setting on the GDI for printing ACAD.
Big files and ACAD plot errors will occur in addition to less than satisfactory image results ...

I am sure the IP port was not configured correctly with either raw port 8421 used or LPR/queue name as KIP and LPR Byte Counting Enabled checked.

I am sure what you are missing is to go to the pc3 properties and attach the pc3 to the request.ini where its pulling the accounting info.
