| Turns out it was the sensor a few inches to the right of the slotted wheel on the CTF cover. |

| sorry the error code is 25721, must be different from 9800 manual as on the 9800 it refers to the scanner. |

I understand that the Graphtec JW1000 was re branded to a canon w7200, and told that the w7200 waste cartridge may fit the jw1000.
The part number for the JW1000 is QM1-0738-000.

| False alarm this problem is resolved. The customer called saying that it wasn't but upon arrival i found them having a completely different issue. |
