Have you checked that the height of the stacker is correct so that the send/receive units on the machine and stacker are communicating? Have you tried swapping the send/receive boards in the stacker ... |

I would start with the charge corona wire. Basically the analog machine gives the opposite symptoms of the digital machine. |

I was told years ago that when calibrating a KIP to wait 10 minutes after running a print because when the paper runs through the fuser all the moisture is baked out of the paper shrinking it slightly ... |

We have a 5000 at one of our offices that we had to upgrade to 6.5 last year. When we did so, it took our IT guy a couple of hours on the phone with KIP to get things back to the way they used to be. ... |
